I. Pre‑Cutting Preparation

Select the Cutter: Choose a suitable cutter based on wood type and thickness, matching diameter and cutting profile.

Install the Cutter: Disconnect power first. Install and secure the cutter tightly, no wobble or misalignment.

Prepare Material: Clean wood surface; remove debris. Fix material firmly on the worktable.

Set Parameters: Power on. Adjust spindle speed, feed rate and copy tolerance via the control panel.

II. Cutting Operation

Load & Position: Place material securely. Align the template and set the origin accurately.

Set Cutting Path: Follow the template or import CAD data. Double‑check the cutting path.

Start Cutting: Confirm all settings, then start the program. Stand in a safe area during operation.

Monitor Process: Press emergency stop if abnormal noise, vibration or inaccurate cutting occurs. Troubleshoot before restarting.
