I. Pre‑Cutting Preparation
Select the Cutter: Choose a suitable cutter based on wood type and thickness, matching diameter and cutting profile. Install the Cutter: Disconnect power first. Install and secure the cutter tightly, no wobble or misalignment. Prepare Material: Clean wood surface; remove debris. Fix material firmly on the worktable. Set Parameters: Power on. Adjust spindle speed, feed rate and copy tolerance via the control panel.
II. Cutting Operation
Load & Position: Place material securely. Align the template and set the origin accurately. Set Cutting Path: Follow the template or import CAD data. Double‑check the cutting path. Start Cutting: Confirm all settings, then start the program. Stand in a safe area during operation. Monitor Process: Press emergency stop if abnormal noise, vibration or inaccurate cutting occurs. Troubleshoot before restarting.
III. Post‑Cutting Procedures
Unload & Clean: Turn off power. Remove material after the spindle stops completely. Clear chips and dust. Equipment Maintenance: Clean the cutter, guide rails and template. Lubricate moving parts and check fasteners.

Safe Operation: Keep hands away from rotating cutter and moving parts. Check wood for nails or foreign objects. Maintenance: Remove cutter for long‑term storage.
